Author Guidelines

Articles must be submitted online via “submit”. If necessary, the OJS provides a step-by-step guide to submission here. Articles sent by e-mail will not be accepted. 

All articles submitted must be in DOC or DOCX format according to the official template, which can be downloaded here.

DL does not charge a submission or article processing fee (APICS).

Articles will be published if they are scientific in nature and contain an original and effective contribution to the legal system. Articles must include reliable references. Articles submitted must not be under review by another journal. 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Submissão

Todas as submissões devem atender aos seguintes requisitos.

  • O artigo submetido deve obrigatoriamente ser sobre Direito.
  • O artigo deve ser inédito.
  • Todas as citações apresentarem exatidão e integridade.
  • Todas as tabelas e figuras  numerados e rotulados.
  • Os artigos devem ter entre 15 a 60 páginas. 
  • Os parágrafos devem ser justificados 1,5. 
  • Não usar espaçamento entre parágrafos. 
  • Usar fonte Ariel, corpo 12 no texto. A entrelinha de parágrafo de 1,5. 
  • Os textos devem ser escritos em português, inglês, espanhol, francês, ou italiano. 
  • O artigo deve apresentar título, sumário, resumo (até 400 palavras) e 3 (três) a 5 (cinco) palavras-chave.
